EXTRA, EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT!
We’ve got some great news! No, we’re not pregnant; there’s just been a good run of office birthdays (whoever decreed that you have to bring in buns and cakes when it’s your birthday clearly had their priorities in order).
Anyway, back to our great news. We have a new addition to the Mamas & Papas family, and no we’re not talking about the new Armadillo member – that’s not for a little while yet, sorry – we’re talking about our new in-store magazine!
Ladies and gentlemen, can we introduce… Kin!
‘Kin’ is a new lifestyle magazine aimed at parents and we couldn’t be more proud of it! It is sponsored by Mamas & Papas and curated by our very own Creative Director, Olivia Robinson.
We wanted to create a magazine that would appeal to parents – something that would be fun and entertaining whilst being packed full of great advice, tips and support – and we think we’ve managed it. We’ve worked very hard to create something that speaks to parents, but not in that dull boring voice that a lot of parent-based literature tends to.
We know how parenting works, we know it’s not always finger painting and bedtime cuddles – a lot of it is sick stains and potty problems. That’s why we’ve worked with a lot of very talented creative people to get a rounded view of what parenting means, from the people that know best. Kin is all about celebrating every aspect of parenting, whether fun or frustrating.
The first issue is being rolled out in the London area from the 21st July and is available for FREE from the following list of Mamas & Papas stores:
- Brent Cross
- Colliers Wood
- Westfield Stratford
Kin will also be available in London-based branches of Sainsbury’s and certain independent nursery retailers.
If you happen to live somewhere outside London – basically anywhere else in the world – there’s no need to think you’re missing out. All the great articles, interviews and tips you can find in the magazine, can also be found on our brand new Kin website. Don’t wait, grab yourself a cuppa and give us a click.
We hope you enjoy the first issue of Kin. We want to be there for parents, every step of the way, and with ‘Kin’ we can certainly do that.
