Finding the time to eat right and exercise is tough and can feel daunting, but actually our research shows that it’s not as difficult as you may have first thought. In fact, it becomes second nature. So relax, you’re doing great!
According to the 2,000 mums we surveyed, we found that they no longer think cooking and exercising are chores. Once their baby starts weaning, mums find that providing healthy and nutritious meals becomes a huge lifestyle change.
